"For most unauthorized immigrants the main gateway to the European Union is Greece.

Their effort to get further is very difficult.

Every Night, hundreds are waiting in the Greek ports,

for a chance to hide in a truck going on a ferry to Italy.

Some succeed but many get wounded ore even killed!

In the mean time, they live in improvised camps in the mountains,like in Igomenitsa.

Trying to make some money,many are being exploited by the local industries.

The European Union has the rule:

Any illegal immigrant caught,

is being send back to the country of entry.

For Greece this is impossible to handel.

I am trying to show this exploitation and the inhumane conditions these people are in."
